1-Year Warranty

What's Covered

Our 1-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use. This includes:

• Internal component failures
• Display defects (dead pixels, backlight issues)
• Battery performance issues (below 80% capacity)
• Connectivity problems (Bluetooth, WiFi, cellular)
• Button and switch malfunctions
• Speaker and microphone defects
• Software issues caused by hardware defects

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts)
• Water or liquid damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage)
• Damage from using non-approved accessories
• Software issues not caused by hardware defects
• Theft or loss of the product

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty Terms

• Warranty is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all claims
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
• Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty
• We reserve the right to replace with a renewed unit of equal or greater value
