All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel your order and refund any payment made.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@autoskyrenewed.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AND AUTOSKY RENEWED AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and we waive any right to a jury trial.
Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving its original intent.
