Our Renewed products go through a comprehensive certification process. Each device is fully inspected, any worn parts are replaced with new OEM components, and the product is tested to ensure it performs like new. We back this with our 1-year warranty.
Are these products used or new?
Our products are previously owned items that have been professionally restored to like-new condition. They may have been customer returns, display units, or trade-ins. Every product is thoroughly tested and inspected before being certified for sale.
What condition will my product be in?
All products are in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. You may notice minimal signs of previous use, but nothing that affects performance. Each product comes with all necessary accessories and original or equivalent packaging.

How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order faster. We process orders within 24 hours on business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
